This policy explains where to request a refund based on where you purchased TradeGauge Pro.
Polar is the merchant of record for TradeGauge web purchases. Refund and withdrawal rights are governed by the terms shown at checkout, Polar's buyer terms, applicable consumer law, and Polar's refund policy. Request help through Polar customer portal or contact [email protected] and include the billing email and transaction reference. Do not send full card details.
Apple processes App Store purchases and controls App Store refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If a subscription purchase is refunded or reversed, the associated Pro entitlement may end immediately. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
